Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be done by phone.

-Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment day can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Deposits can be refunded or placed towards a new date.

-Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be required to pay for the cost of the missed service. Payment is required to reschedule. Deposits will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Late Policy:

We close at 5pm Monday through Friday and 3pm on Saturdays. Unless you have been notified by your groomer that your pet will be done after closing, please arrive at closing time. A late fee will accrue beginning 15 minutes past closing.

Late fees are as follows:

15-20 minutes late: $20

20-30 minutes: $40

30-45 minutes: $60

45+ minutes: $100

If we have not heard from you by 6pm (Mon-Fri) or 4pm (Sat), your pet will be walked briefly, provided water, and kept overnight. A $200 dollar late/overnight fee will be applied to your total bill.

A late fee will be applied regardless, but out of courtesy please call us if you are running late.
